Best time to go to avoid the Wednesday rush: Tuesday night or past midnight. I go at around 1am. Quite a number of devotees but you can get a parking slot inside the complex.

On Wednesdays, statistics such as the number of written petitions and written thanksgivings, plus a signed letter is read in thanksgiving to Our Mother of Perpetual Help. Amazing.

Actually...ask your taxi driver to begin at the church then tour around. Safe. Good way to see the suburbs, the action...and most drivers speak excellent english
