Opposite the temple is MTR 1924, one of my fave spot for dosa. They use red/brown rice flour to give the serving a unique brown colour. BTW, peek into their kitchen & be impressed by the cleanliness

Did u know? The original temple, called Narasinga Perumal Kovil, was built in 1885. After main deity was changed to Sri Srinivasa Perumal, it was renamed to current name in 1966. Source: Website

You’ll have to take off your shoes when entering the temple. Have a pair of socks – the floor is clean, but it’s uncomfortable to walk bare feet.
